UNACCEPTABLE POSTS:
Do not make posts about race/racism, abortion, highly sensitive or controversial subjects, any material which is exceedingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, extremely sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violate of any uk law, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any form of solicitation. Be also aware this forum has members under the age of 18.

Avatars must be approved by admins and must not contain images which may be deemed as illegal – themes include race/racism, abortion, highly sensitive or controversial subjects, any material which is exceedingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, extremely sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violate of any law, chain letters, in the event of a complaint group of companies these referrals may be removed -non approved referral links may result in warning points being issued on your account -the admin team reserve the right to remove any referral links.

Links - all links are subject to the discretion of the admin team - all links must either be related to paintball or airsoft or general interest - all offensive links will be removed that do not fall into the unacceptable posts section of these guidelines - all offending members may have their account terminated or warning point added to the members account.

All signatures are at the approval of the admin team - all signatures must carry your user name and team name - in any case just your name is fine - illegal signatures must be removed and amended at the request of the admin team. Signatures must not be offensive nor derogatory in its meaning - in essence the signature or text must not be political but generic and be classed as banter or something apt to your profile, one liners can be used but also must be generic banter - this includes linking via signatures - hotlinks can be traced back to this forum and as this is a secure - private forum - hotlinks are not allowed and constitute a threat to the stability of the database - all hot links will be removed by the admin team.
All visual signatures must be sized to the board standard, being 400 x 145 pixels which is 50.80 x 18.42mm. The admins can design a signature if you request it.

Do not make posts or attachments with “Not Work Safe” (i.e. NWS) content, links, images and/or animations. This type of content will be removed, following a warning and or account suspension of the member in question.

Do not make pointless/useless posts (or "free posts"), roll call posts or any posts that is a waste of server resources and bandwidth. They are not allowed and will result in your post count being set to zero and the possibility your account being suspended.

Spam posting is not allowed on this forum - Spam is posting multiple posts prior to responses from other members - Spam postings are not allowed and will result in your post count being set to zero and flood control added to your account and the possibility your account being suspended.

Do not make posts that incite arguments or any post that turns to arguments and flame wars, etc... Posts of this nature will not be tolerated and can result in the immediate closing or deletion or editing of the post and the suspension of the posting member’s account.

As this is a private forum and all members - not guests have been approved, no members are allowed to log in as anonymous - the reason being, all members are trusted and anonymous logs inn’s create tensions within the members base, if a anonymous log in occurs the users account will be suspended until admin can amend the anonymous log in.

We reserve the right to close or delete any message for any or no reason whatsoever. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to report the post via the thread option “Report this post to a moderator” or contact us directly at paul@swatuk.com We have the ability to close or remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that closing or removal of the post is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realise that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.

When a post is locked or deleted, it is for a reason. Do NOT make another post in continuation of the locked/deleted posts or your account is subject to being suspended. Membership terms are simple - all elite members have paid a one off fee to join s.w.a.t. This membership does not expire and can only be used by the named player or the pass that you were sent when you joined. If you loose your pass, please request a new one. Paintballs are site supply only due to environmental consideration, which is based on the company policy of being environmentally safe as we are protecting the venue's Eco systems, all paintballs s.w.a.t. Supply fall into the category of being totally biodegradable. All members are allowed to bring non members on our monthly walk-on event, but they must pay the going standard rates which apply to novice customers, no members are allowed to supply these non members with cheaper paintballs that members get from s.w.a.t. As part of their Privileged reduced rates. All members are also allowed to play on novice days but must not use previously purchased cheaper paintballs on novice days, all paintballs used on novice days are supplied at the normal rate, however you can negotiate with our staff for a lower rate on these days, all members also have full use of the venue and hire kit if needed at no charge. Own guns are not allowed to be used on novice days as this intimidates the first time player as in breach of our customers trading policy, entry level marker from the s.w.a.t. Arsenal can be used free of charge, air on the walk-on day is £3.00 for support throughout the day this will be supplied at 4500psi, air top ups on non members days is £1.00 per fill, co2 is free at any event.
s.w.a.t. paintball activities ltd enforce that all air and co2 tanks are in test and are legal to use in the UK, non compliant systems will not be allowed to be used or kept on site, also all players must recognise our site fps limit (feet per second) is 280, no ramping is allowed on markers, all marker that you own must be maintained by yourself, s.w.a.t. will not fix your broken markers but offer advice free to all members. All markers used by under 18's must be with the permission of an adult family member or guardian. Any member ship items can be discussed on the forum or email directly to paul@swatuk.com
Memberships can be cancelled without notice if any member is in breach of the following items-
1. Theft – obtaining goods by deception, non-return of s.w.a.t. or other members property.
2. Dishonest – cannot be trusted.
3. Damage – damage to s.w.a.t. property or members property.
4. Disruptive – creates tensions between staff and players on site or on forum .
5. Offensive – swearing or comments or actions that would upset other members.
6. Violent – physical contact or verbal abuse of other members.
7. Dangerous behaviour, which includes putting staff or other players at risk through your actions.

Cancellation of a members account is at the discretion of the company directors, based on any of the listed items as per our cancellation policy, you may appeal to the directors if your membership is cancelled who will consider your case if valid.

All airsoft rules in relation to the VCR bill are exercised by s.w.a.t. and enforced.

If you receive an e-mail/private message from a "Moderator" addressing behavioural issues please don't take it as a personal attack. The Administrators/Moderators of the s.w.a.t. paintball / airsoft forum are here to assist with making this site run smoothly and this means from time to time Administrators/Moderators may offer corrective suggestions and/or advice.

Certain members of the forum can at any time be relegated to a referred member, this will be to solve any problems weather personal or related to forum protocols, in the event of either admin or moderators having issues with a member, their account will be relegated, this then allows the relegated member (referred) to discuss any issues and problems that need addressing with the admin / moderation team - this area is the moderators lounge and is not privy to regular members, once issues are resolved your status will be reinstated.

THE "sale or swop " SECTION:
The "sale or swop " section of the s.w.a.t. paintball forum is for private sellers offering the sale of individual items. It is NOT for any person, company or business of any size or type (including salvage yards and used parts companies) to sell merchandise of any retail nature or to make a profit. Any company attempting to sell multiple quantities of items or in a retail nature without being a paying advertiser of this site is subject to being billed.

Selling r.i.f.’s “replica imitation firearms” or paintball guns “markers” within this forum:
Company policy would dictate certain grey areas on current U.K. gun laws within these rules is our company policy of selling r.i.f.’s or markers within the s.w.a.t. community forums or venues.

All sellers must be 18 years of age
All sellers cannot sell to persons under the age of 18
All sellers cannot gift or swop r.i.f.’s with other persons under the age of 18, gifting would include obtaining a r.i.f. or maker in lew of money or property owed or for services rendered.
When using the for sale section, you must include the following –
1. the price
2. full description
3. image/s
4. the condition used or new (please specify)
5. any defects (be specific)
6. Your policy on refunds or making good a defective sale – being the r.i.f. or marker was broken shortly after the buyer made the purchase, in any event “no guarantee” should be in the sale text, unless new, which would then fall back to the manufacturer and becomes the responsibility of the seller to resolve.
7. Air tanks must be in date and serviceable, if not they cannot be sold at all within the s.w.a.t. forums or s.w.a.t. venues, please seek advice from a specialist on air tanks / pressure vessles.

All images displayed by s.w.a.t. within our forum is the intellectual property of the person/s taking the picture, as this is a private forum and not “public domain” all images are deemed copyright by s.w.a.t.
And cannot be reproduced on the Internet without the owners permission in writing or via email or p.m.
If you are in an image belonging to s.w.a.t. you agree by proxy that you have given permission for your likeness to be produced and show cased within this private forum and websites owned by s.w.a.t. paintball activities limited and s.w.a.t. airsoft limited, this agreement is made by the fact you have confirmed this upon registering onto the s.w.a.t. forums.
If you do not wish your likeness to be displayed within this forum please advise us and we will remove the image forthwith.
